Ko zavr\u017eemo hrano, ne zavr\u017eemo zgolj denarja, temve\u010d tudi delo kmetov in predelovalcev, energijo, ki je bila potrebna za pridelavo in predelavo, ustvarjamo toplogredne pline, nesmiselno onesna\u017eujemo okolje in zlasti tla s pesticidi, mikroplastiko itd.<\/div>

Na posvetu smo spoznali mnogo dobrih praks in sli\u0161ali veliko uporabnih strategij za zmanj\u0161anje odpadne hrane.<\/div>

Zato za manj zavr\u017eene hrane potrebujemo \u0161olski ekovrt na vsaki \u0161oli in v vsakem vrtcu!<\/div>
